# Anthropic in ninedot

Claude API spend per workspace, on the business that uses it. Workspaces (including the default one) and what each spent over the last 30 days, from the cost report.

## Limits
- Needs an organisation Admin API key; individual accounts have no Admin API.
- Anthropic admin keys can't be limited to read-only; ninedot only calls the workspace list and cost report.

## Connecting

Key: Admin API key. Created under Settings → Admin keys by an organisation admin.
Create it at https://platform.claude.com/settings/admin-keys, then paste it in ninedot → Vault → Anthropic → Connect. It is checked, encrypted at rest and only ever read by ninedot's servers.

## Questions
**Can I see Claude API spend per business?** Yes. Each Anthropic workspace becomes a service with its last-30-day spend; put it on the business it belongs to and the AI spend tile shows it next to hosting and database costs.
