Terms.
Last updated 25 October 2026. These terms cover ninedot.app, the ninedot app, its MCP server for AI agents, and Nine. By using any of them you agree to these terms. ninedot is in open beta and free to use.
Your account
You sign in with your email address. Keep access to that inbox secure: anyone who can read it can sign in as you. You're responsible for what happens in your workspace, including what agents you connect do with the permissions you give them.
Connecting your accounts
You can connect provider accounts (such as Vercel, Stripe or Supabase) with keys you create. Only connect accounts you're allowed to, and use read-only keys where the provider offers them. ninedot only ever reads from providers; it never changes anything in a connected account. You can remove a connection at any time, which deletes its key.
Agents and Nine
AI agents connect to ninedot with the permissions you choose. Agents can read your workspace and, if you allow it, add and edit products and services. They can't delete anything: removals are requests that you approve or deny in ninedot. Nine answers questions using an AI model you connect with your own key, under that provider's terms and billing. AI answers can be wrong; check anything important against the figures and their sources.
The figures
ninedot shows what your providers report, labelled exact, measured or estimated. We work hard to get them right, but providers can be late, incomplete or wrong, and estimates are estimates. ninedot is a tool to help you see your products, not financial, tax or legal advice. Check important numbers with the provider before you rely on them.
Fair use
Don't use ninedot to break the law or anyone's rights, to point uptime checks at sites you don't run, to probe or overload our service or anyone else's, or to get around limits or security. We may suspend accounts that do.
Your data
Your data stays yours. We use it only to run ninedot for you, as the privacy notice describes. You can ask us to delete your account and data at any time.
Availability and changes
ninedot is a beta. Features can change, and the service may sometimes be unavailable or lose data, so don't rely on it as your only record or your only alert. We may change these terms; we'll update the date above and, for material changes, tell you by email or in the app. If we ever introduce paid plans, we'll say so before anything is charged.
Liability
ninedot is provided as is during the beta. To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for losses caused by providers, AI models or agents you connect. Nothing in these terms excludes rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law or other laws that can't be excluded.
Ending things
You can stop using ninedot and ask us to delete your account at any time. We may close accounts that break these terms, and we'll give notice where we reasonably can.
Law
These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.
