What counts as a business?
Anything you run with its own stack: an app, a YouTube channel, a newsletter, a store or a community. Each one gets its own map, costs and uptime.
What happens if I go back to Free?
Nothing is deleted. Everything you added stays visible; you just can't add more than Free includes, and Nine, alerts and agent edits pause until you upgrade again.
Can I cancel any time?
Yes. Cancel in Settings and you keep Pro until the end of the period you paid for. No questions, no emails trying to keep you.
Do agents cost extra?
No. Any number of agents can connect. On Free they can read your stack; on Pro they can also add, edit and propose changes you approve.
Who pays for Nine's AI?
You connect your own Claude, OpenAI or OpenRouter key, so you pay your provider directly for what you ask, with no markup from ninedot.
Is my data used for anything else?
No. ninedot reads your accounts read-only to show them to you, and never sells or shares what it reads.
