What you get

  • measuredSales over the last 30 days, without tax and less refunds
  • measuredOrders in 30 days

Exact is read straight from BigCommerce. Measured is derived from usage or a rolling 30-day window. Only those two are ever counted. Where BigCommerce can't report a bill, ninedot suggests the plan's list price and you confirm what you pay. That figure counts in your own totals, marked Confirmed by you, and is never shown as verified.

Connecting takes a few minutes

Limits, honestly

  • Pending, declined, cancelled, refunded and disputed orders aren't counted.
  • A store with more than 10,000 orders in 30 days shows no total yet.
  • Nothing is ever changed in BigCommerce.

Questions

What's the API path?
BigCommerce shows it with the access token. It names your store, so ninedot knows which one to read.
Can an AI agent read this too?
Yes. Claude, ChatGPT, Cursor and Claude Code connect through ninedot's MCP server and get the same figures with the same trust levels. Agents can never change your BigCommerce account.
