What you get
- measuredSales over the last 30 days, without tax and less refunds
- measuredOrders in 30 days
Exact is read straight from WooCommerce. Measured is derived from usage or a rolling 30-day window. Only those two are ever counted. Where WooCommerce can't report a bill, ninedot suggests the plan's list price and you confirm what you pay. That figure counts in your own totals, marked Confirmed by you, and is never shown as verified.
Connecting takes a few minutes

Limits, honestly
- Your site must be public and served over https.
- Some hosts drop the sign-in header WooCommerce keys use; yours may need to pass it on.
- A store with more than 10,000 orders in 30 days shows no total yet.
- Nothing is ever changed in WooCommerce.
Questions
- Which orders count?
- Processing and completed orders. Pending, on-hold, failed, cancelled and refunded ones don't.
- Can an AI agent read this too?
- Yes. Claude, ChatGPT, Cursor and Claude Code connect through ninedot's MCP server and get the same figures with the same trust levels. Agents can never change your WooCommerce account.
